In a leadership role, formulate business plans, drive innovation, and lead cross-departmental projects to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Formulating and implementing business plans in line with bank level strategy
• Leading projects, providing strategic solutions to stakeholders for smooth implementation
• Transforming processes at Omni Channels and adopting Fintech innovations
• Monitoring progress of innovative and transformational projects
• Participating in regional process transformations
• Preparing reports for Senior Management
Requirements for the role include:
• A degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Fintech, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy planning and project management, preferably in the banking industry
• Experience with collaboration in Mainland China or Asia Pacific
• A Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master certification
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A good command of English and Chinese, with Mandarin as an advantage
• Familiarity with computer software, including MS Office and MS Project
• Flexibility and adaptability
