We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Technology Service Department, working in partnership with various departments to collaborate and support on implementation of local and regional projects at a branch level.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will perform software and hardware installation and upgrade, providing a high-quality service to all PC users of the Branch. You will also support the team in ensuring that both project and BAU activities are maintained within agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various departments to implement local and regional projects
• Perform software and hardware installation and upgrade
• Provide high-quality service to PC users
• Support the team in maintaining project and BAU activities
• Support IT disaster recovery activities

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in banking environment
• Good technical understanding of installing and maintaining PC hardware and software applications
• Good organization skills and attention to details
• Good communication skills and English proficiency
