Job Overview
This role manages a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Key Responsibilities
Welcome to the core of what being a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager, Travel Trade & E-Commerce is all about!
Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
• Develop new potential business from Travel Trade and e-Comm partners for Hotel and Residences
• Follow up on business leads and maintain sound relationship with clients, guests and residents
• Assist the Head of Sales & Leasing in achieving monthly and year-end budgets and drawing up marketing plan annually for Hotel and Residences
• Conduct and lead entertainment as well as site inspection to potential decision makers and booking handlers
• Create new ideas on products and marketing of product such as: packages, promotion offers, room set up, product presentation and open days and assist Head of Sales & Leasing in launching these promotions
• Execute effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and exposure, as well as increasing market penetration via different channels
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
• A minimum of 3 years experience in related field is preferable. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager - Travel Trade & E-Commerce.
• Post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional hotel / secretarial training is required.
• Good PC skills and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant and outspoken. Good organisation skills with a strong attention to details.

• Independent & able to work under pressure
