Job Overview
This role plays a key role to lead the Marketing team to tell captivating stories about our distinctive brands across the complex media and social landscape in ways that are innovative, creative and strategic. We create ways for audiences to find out about and experience our brands even before stepping in, and we collaborate tightly with our properties to bring new creative ideas to life and then spread them further as content across our different channels to reach audiences around the world. Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
• Report to the Assistant Director of Marketing – Brand & Communications
• Lead brand-level experiences and content planning and creation for The House Collective, EAST and Swire Hotels (group) owned media across touchpoints - including our websites, social media, Wechat mini-programmes – across both evergreen and campaign activations, ensuring that our brands put their best face forward
• Lead efforts to amplify our brand presence through collaborating with our Digital Marketing team on paid media campaigns deployment
• Lead the planning and project management of creative- and data-driven campaigns to grow our brands’ awareness and engagement, ensuring completion within budget and on schedule
• Manage key stakeholders across our group’s hotel properties to leverage their insights and activity to develop more effective communications across the board
• Manage and collaborate with our creative partners and agencies to create excellent work that’s true to our brands
• Manage and groom junior brand team members of the Central Support Team, giving guidance on Branding, Social Media, Content Marketing, and nurture a more effective communications mindset and knowledge sharing culture among property MarCom leads
• Lead team members to prepare and analyze knowledge-sharing reports and brand performance reports to understand how to optimize our effectiveness
• Travel regularly to our properties
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
• Solid work experience (7+ years) in a similar capacity working with multiple stakeholders, preferably with agency background. Social media savvy with understanding on creating assets catering to different platforms, including China social media
• Sensitive to the craft of creating beautiful and on-brand communications, both in terms of visual aesthetics and written tone & manner
• Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other online photo/video editing apps (e.g. Canva)

• Internationally minded. Highly motivated and energetic with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, creative, and committed to excellence
• Effective relationship management and strategic thinking with strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Good understanding of and interest in the travel and hospitality industry, strong creative ideas and analytical skills
• Understanding of China consumers behaviour
