Duties and responsibilities:
Optimise company's social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to prepare promotion and presentation materials such as video, graphic design, writing, sales tool and other collateral.
Provide support to marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
Assist in industry and market research by data analysis, target contacts identification, online sourcing and other activities.
Support event management, including pre-event and post-event coordination, taking photos, surveys, follow up emails or messages, reports and website updates.
Assist with development and execution of social media strategies.
Perform operational and administrative tasks for the team.
Requirements:
Tertiary education or above, Marketing, Business or Public Relations related discipline will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage.
Proficiency in design and video software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After
Effects is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to work flexible hours is preferred.
