Responsibilities
Social Media/ Digital Marketing
• Work closely with various internal and external parties, including Creative Agencies, TP agencies, PR agencies, design houses, and IT solutions providers.
• Create appealing, well-structured digital content including feeds, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns in different media to develop brand awareness and drive online sales.
• Collaborate with Bloggers and KOC/KOLs to maximize social media exposure.
• Proofread and edit appointed media agencies’ articles.
• Generate online PR content and publish on social media and during live events.
• Drive overall corporate branding, strategy & planning, and executions to achieve business and marketing objectives.
• Assist the Brand Manager in planning and implementing overall marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, digital marketing, public relations, and event management to increase brand awareness.
CRM Management
• Oversee targeted ROIs for CRM initiatives across platforms (e.g., HiPP BB Club and loyalty programs) by regularly reviewing effectiveness and fine-tuning strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Sourcing
• Assist in the printing of trade marketing materials, artwork design, and production follow-up.
• Liaise with external vendors to coordinate and execute brand and marketing initiatives, including advertisements, promotions, and POS materials.
Requirements
• Degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or related disciplines
• Passion in organic, nutrition products is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry
• Be proactive, independent, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate availability is preferred
• A digital native with a growth mindset and curiosity for the latest digital trends; a willingness to lead and try
• Candidates with various experiences will be considered for a commensurate position and package
