About the role
Manage customer portal enhancement and order submission project implementation
Initiate projects, conduct requirement meetings, configure systems, manage UAT, and provide support during pre-production and post-launch phases
Gather and analyze user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design to ensure the alignment
Collaborate with clients to revise and update business processes and project progress
Coordinate with the development and project team to monitor development progress and ensure the delivery of project outcomes
Understand the pain point, design and prioritize the development and integration task
About You
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of work experience in business analysis
With PMP certification or Experienced in Agile & Scrum (PSM) will be an advantage
Experience in preparing technical requirement specifications and conducting UAT
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
Self-motivated, work under pressure, good team player
Good command in English and Chinese
