About the Role:
Responsible for initial fault isolation and maintenance at sites in daily operation
Ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner
Responsible for performing routine inspection and fault prevention
Work closely with cross-functional teams to trouble shooting, equipment installation and upgrading
Assist in team leader such as information / record update
Any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
No shift duty, only one night shift in Saturday night
About You:
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines; F.5/ DSE qualification with relevant experience will also be considered
Familiar with IP network and fiber network is preferable
Holder of CCNA/CCNP certification is an advantage
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switches & router configuration is an advantage
Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
ECO (Emergency Call Out) duty required with allowance provided
Fresh graduate will also be considered
