Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners in the travel industry.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
