Responsibilities:
Work closely with business partner and suppliers for product management from new development to end of life.
Manage whole purchasing procedures and shipment monitoring
Perform IoT app expansion and maintenance for company
Closely communicate with internal parties such as service center, logistic team, sales and marketing team.
Prepare product related documents and reports
Handle customer enquiry and complaint.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably major in Project Management, Science or Engineering.
1-3 years working experience in electrical appliance or Consumer Electronic
Experience in developing Smart Electrical appliance is an advantage.
Well-organized, self-motivated, good problem solving skills and able to work independently
Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP is essential). Knowledge in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus.
Fluent in conversation, written and comprehension of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
