Responsibilities
• Work closely with business users / stakeholders to assist in understanding and documentation business processes & requirements;
• Support in the analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions;
• Contribute to the development of specifications, business process models, diagrams, and flow charts;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in ensuring that business requirements are translated into technical requirements;
• Support the testing and implementation of new systems and processes;
• Assist in preparing manuals, reports, issue logs and presentations;
• Assist in user training;
• Provide guidance and system support to end-users;
• Perform ah-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements
• Higher diploma or above in Business Study / Information Technology / Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (fresh graduate is also welcome);
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong time management skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Willing to work in different offices or warehouses in different locations (Sheung Shui, Kwai Chung, Kowloon Bay, Cheung Sha Wan and Tuen Mun);
• Basic knowledge of analysis tools is an advantage.
