Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the technical team to participate in and follow up on the training needs of IT projects.
• Provide clear and easy-to-understand explanations of technical concepts for non-IT users.
• Use flexible and diverse training methods to train students, including online and offline courses and activity workshops.
• Continuously update and improve the personal knowledge base, including IT skills and soft skills, and reflect them in technology transfer documents.
• Design and regularly update training materials to provide the latest information and improve the learning experience of customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide pre-sales support, while also effectively guiding group discussions, and negotiating the meaning and relevance of concepts.
• Organize and feedback training results and customer feedback to provide a reference for management decision-making.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in any discipline
• Passionate in training and people development
• Reliable and a self-initiated fast learner willing to explore various kinds of technologies
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Multimedia or other commonly used applications and products is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
