Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at HKG KONE Elevator (HK) Ltd. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for KONE and non-KONE products, identifying technical issues under maintenance, and creating content for technical product information and training material.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out and facilitate technical support for KONE and non-KONE products.
• Responsible for identifying any technical issues under maintenance.
• Create content and spread the knowledge for technical product information and/or training material.
• Facilitate technical and product training to frontlines.

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Electronic / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent discipline, Higher Diploma holder is also welcomed.
• Registered Lift Worker and Escalator Worker.
• Solid knowledge of Lift and Escalator system.
• At least 5 years working experience in lift industry is preferable.
• Good communication skills and strong collaboration mindset.
• Strong self-motivated.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Engineer.
