Job Summary
Wealth product management for Retail Banking clients with a key focus on supporting different system rollout that forms the entire end-to-end customer journey. This includes but not limit to suitability checks, enquiries, order input, exception handling, account setup, settlement, statement, and corporate actions.
The role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless migration for the core banking platform from the perspective of the different Wealth system interface.
Key Responsibilities
• To understand the different business scenario for each Wealth products (i.e. mutual funds, fixed income, structured deposit, FX, wealth lending, or bancassurance) and to apply such business sense to ensure all areas are being covered and tested for the different wealth platform before the system can go-live.
• To be able to articulate or validate the change request presented by the technology team to ensure functionalities and workflow are not being impacted by the migration.
• To collaborate with different stakeholders to agree on setup so as to provide a solid foundation for the project to move forward.
• To work with risk parties to articulate the changes stemmed from the project and the work done to mitigate such risk arisen from the change.
• To ensure project governance is being followed with the necessary follow up to ensure the completion of various change request documents.
• Assist in testing / UAT should there be any resource issues.

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor degree graduate
• Effective Communications
• Project Management
• Knowledge of Product Line
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
