We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join CTF Life. The ideal candidate will be responsible to oversee the entire life cycle of digital financial products, from conceptualization to launch and turn into operation. This role requires strategic thinking with deep understanding of both finance and digital product management. The candidate required ensuring the deliverables meet user needs and align with departmental goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
What the role is?
• Report directly to the Head of Technology Governance, Risk and QA.
Define product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Develop and maintain the product vision & mission, strategy, and roadmap for digital finance solutions thru key users’ collaboration. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital finance space
User-Centric Design:
• Advocate for user experience by gathering feedback from users and leveraging data to inform product decisions. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for financial products
Product development:
• Utilize methodologies & tools to manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value. Oversee product development processes from ideation to launch.
Project & Budget Management:
• Ensuring projects are delivered in scope, on time and within budget.
Customer Feedback:
• Collect, analyse, and respond to user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Performance Monitoring:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on business objectives. Analyse product performance data to make informed decisions about enhancements and new features.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure all digital financial products comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Identify potential risks associated with product initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
What we look for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT, preferably in financial service industry
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
• Proven experience as system development in financial applications
• Strong understanding of digital financial products, including payment systems, budgeting systems, and ledger systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
