As a Senior Sales and Business Development Director, you will play a vital role in expanding LARUS Limited's global presence by hunting new business opportunities, promoting our IP (Internet Protocol) address trading and management services, and developing a dynamic sales team. You’ll work closely with the executive team to drive results aligned with Larus's international growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities, actively networking to foster strong customer relationships.
• Sales Team Leadership: Build and lead a results-driven sales team to execute tasks and meet assigned business objectives.
• Product Promotion: Promote IP address trading and Internet solutions to potential clients, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth studies to locate unused IP resources globally, supporting Larus’s market positioning.
• Strategic Alignment: Operate in alignment with Larus’s global strategies for IP space management to achieve business objectives.
• Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Industry Engagement: Represent Larus at industry events to promote our solutions, strengthening our brand presence and building networks.
• Additional Duties: Participate in other sales and marketing initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
Requirements
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in sales management, preferably with a proven track record in team leadership.
• Skills: Self-motivated, fast learner, adaptable, and agile, with a strong business acumen.
• Languages: Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential; proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, German) is advantageous.
• Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open environment, managing pressure effectively.
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrates eagerness to grow alongside the company.
• Travel: Willing to undertake business travel as required.
