Company Description

Our client is looking for an After-Sales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional after-sales experience.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding product maintenance, repairs, and returns, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the luxury brand's products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Deliver outstanding service that aligns with the brand's luxury standards, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in service and product offerings.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to after-sales service.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, service techniques, and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests, generating reports to track performance and trends.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• 2-5 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
• Strong understanding of luxury market trends and customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer requests and service follow-ups.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
