Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Digital Asset OTC desk. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and forging strong relationships within the digital asset industry.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with prospective clients, including institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and cryptocurrency funds, to promote our Crypto OTC services and onboard new clients.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth, leveraging your knowledge of the digital asset market and OTC trading.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the Crypto OTC space.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including trading desk, compliance, and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and ongoing support for clients.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, establish thought leadership, and generate new business leads.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in business development and sales within the digital asset or financial industry, with a focus on OTC trading.
• In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including digital assets, blockchain technology, and OTC trading dynamics.
• Strong network of contacts within the digital asset industry, including institutional investors, cryptocurrency funds, and key market participants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• English is mandatory
• We are looking for real sales people. You can be just graduated or have some otc sales experience
