Job Description
1. Joint sales management and ecological teams to formulate strategies that are conducive to Web3 ecosystem development, and promote the implementation of integrated approaches. 2. Develop partnerships with major Web3 ecosystem partners/customers including Layer1, Layer 2, Dapp, Metaverse, NFT, Gamefi, etc 3. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market Partnerships, Product Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities to accelerate and strengthen the ecosystem. 4. Discovering, capturing, and reporting back learnings from the field about opportunities and challenges related to web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain. 5. Demonstrated ability to develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior-level executives and technical individuals. 6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in web3 technologies
Position Requirement
1. Enthusiastic and passionate participant in Web3 technologies including NFTs, blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and tokenomics. 2. 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role in public cloud or web3 industry 3. The ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally 4. Have good product thinking, commercial thinking, sensitivity to users and the market, and forward-looking; 5. Have excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and be able to integrate multiple forces to achieve business goals; 6. Self-driven and result-oriented; like challenging work, full of enthusiasm for work, and able to withstand work pressure; 7. Fluent English and Putonghua are required. 8. Possessing certificates for Alibaba Cloud Academy’s ACA & ACP is an advantage
