The Job
• manage and implement the Jockey Club Reach-to-Bridge Community Elderly Support Project (“JCR2B Project”) which is a large-scale multi-agency project to engage and support hard-to-reach elderly people;
• implement appropriate project controls to ensure effective project execution, including liaising with NGOs and university teams, monitoring the progress, budget control, outputs and outcomes measurement, progress reporting, etc;
• working with counterparts in Charities Engagement and Public Affairs, plan and execute communication strategies to achieve high publicity impact of the Project;
• organise and arrange network meetings, district meetings, agency visits or other events related to the JCR2B Project;
• conduct research on social issues and community needs related to “Positive Ageing and Elderly Care” such as literature review, policy analysis, data analysis and stakeholder engagement; and
About You
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of social sciences, social work, education or health-related disciplines, preferably with exposures to NGOs, Government, policy research or public and social service settings;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience;
• Have experiences in project management skills, as well as ability to collaborate with a number of parties;
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese;
• Good data analytical skills;
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills; and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint, excel etc.).
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
