Our client is deeply committed to improving community well-being and is currently seeking skilled professionals in Project Management to lead and oversee impactful health initiatives and projects within the organization.
Engaging with multi stakeholders, this incumbent is expected to:
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
• Developing comprehensive project plans that incorporate clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You will continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify and address any potential deviations or obstacles, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Facilitating smooth communication and fostering a culture of collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of project outcomes, paying attention to detail. You will compile comprehensive reports documenting achievements, valuable insights, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Successful candidates should possess:
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
• Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of professional experience of which over 5 years' managerial experience, exposures in NGOs, Government, policy research, healthcare institutions and/or social service settings.
• Demonstrated success in effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders in philanthropic endeavors within the specific context of Hong Kong.
• Agile, strategic, and analytical, along with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Chinese is essential, with fluency in Mandarin considered as an additional asset.
