UX Design Manager

About the Role

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a highly skilled UX Design Manager to join its Customer Digital Experiment Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design of customer-facing digital products and services, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design of user interfaces, user experiences, and information architecture for various projects
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT developers to define user and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain design systems and UX/UI guidelines
• Conduct usability research and evaluation, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and advise the team on the latest UX/UI design principles
Requirements
• University degree in Design, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a sizable organization
• Strong portfolio of recent UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms
• Solid understanding of user-centric design processes and interaction design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
