This Digital Design Manager position sits within the company's top-of-the-class digital product team, in conjunction with Business Analysts and Engineers. The Design Manager will execute design projects, while ensuring the design to be feasible and in complaint of technical requirements.

and analyze business requirements, translating them into user experience and interface design solutions. The position focuses on designing and mapping unified customer journeys across various servicing channels and digital products. Close collaboration with developers is key to ensuring seamless integration of design elements, while also maintaining design documentation, such as user flows and design specifications.

A key objective of the role is to enhance the digital and omni-channel customer experience, aiming to boost customer satisfaction and drive digital adoption.

In doing so, you conduct research on best practices and analyze current service channels. Taking the results of your research into account, you will then design and develop user journeys, wireframes, and UX/UI layouts for digital products such as apps, websites, and support portals.

You'll also deliver strategic design and user experiences related to both core and new features, ensuring pixel-perfect UI by adhering to the design system. The design iteration process also involves prototyping and testing.

Profile

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in a design-related field, data analytics, or the digital ecosystem, with over eight years of professional experience, including three years in managing digital customer service projects. Proficiency in Adobe suite products for data analytics and journey design is essential, and certifications in Design Thinking, Product Design, or Service Design are preferred. Strong leadership skills are needed to manage internal and external teams while efficiently using resources. Expertise in design execution and familiarity with tools like Figma, along with a passion for user-centered design, are crucial. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese are required to build strong stakeholder relationships.
