Role Summary
As the Strategic Operations Manager, you are the architect of our end-to-end supply chain strategy for custom catalog products. This pivotal role encompasses the full spectrum of eCommerce operations: from conducting insightful market research, curating impeccable product selection, navigating factory sourcing, innovating pricing strategies through custom tiered analysis, to sculpting product designs, enforcing stringent quality control, and streamlining logistics and shipping. Your leadership will not only drive strategic projects from inception to completion, but ensure they resonate with our core mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Chart the course for our custom catalog product offerings, ensuring every phase from market research to logistics is executed flawlessly.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop sophisticated quotation calculators and perform nuanced tiered pricing analyses to inform product strategy.
• Product Excellence: Oversee the product lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring each product meets our high-quality standards and customer expectations.
• Strategic Alignment: Guarantee that all projects are aligned with our broader company vision, delivering innovation and efficiency at every turn.
• Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the linchpin for effective dialogue and cooperation between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring a seamless operation.

Qualifications
