AI Solutions Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will empower our clients to effectively leverage our High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions for their AI workloads. You will provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and contribute to the development of AI best practices and use cases.

Responsibilities
• Client Support:
• Assist clients in deploying and running their AI jobs on our HPC systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Offer guidance on optimizing AI workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Technical Expertise:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our HPC systems, common GPUs, and AI-related use cases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and HPC technologies.
• Research and evaluate new tools and techniques to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Knowledge Sharing:
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base (wiki) for AI use cases.
• Document best practices and share insights with the team and clients.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure client success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve our AI solutions and offerings.

Qualifications
• Essential:
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with GPU programming and optimization for AI workloads.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Desirable:
• Experience with HPC systems and their application in AI.
• Familiarity with various deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Prior experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
