We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for promoting insurance products and card services to potential customers through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote insurance products and card services.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities.
Qualifications:
• IIQE Paper 1,2,3 are required.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue to pursue sales opportunities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, policies, and procedures.
