Job Descriptions: Assist product managers in preparation of user requirements and test plans for proposal illustration system as well as performing system-related user acceptance test. Assist product managers to prepare documentation needed to support product development and deployment (e.g. project schedule, policy contracts, product manual, illustration, etc.). Work closely with different teams (e.g., Agency, Bancassurance, Life Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth product development and implementation processes. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Coordinate and handle product enquiries and special quotations from distribution. Job Requirements: University students in any discipline, candidate with actuarial / insurance background will have advantage Prior working experience in a life insurance company within Product Development / Actuarial will also have advantage Proactive with good inter-personal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and attentive to details Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese typing Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
