Business Systems Analyst

Is this your next challenge in Business Systems?
• Deliver business or systems analysis to support design of small/medium complexity projects
• Do hands on business and systems analysis work
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with other IT functional areas
• Have a solid understanding of the IT architecture and business processes in your area to be a trusted business advisor
• Coach and mentor junior members of staff in BA or SA tasks
• Liaise effectively with offshore development teams when required
• Follow and tune the Software Development Life Cycle to deliver good quality and lower cost solutions
• Strong Cost/Benefit focus to ensure effort is focused on true business value

Do you have experience as a Business Analyst?
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or related field
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Advanced technical and excellent documentation skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
• Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
