We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Audit Project Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate and coordinate all DGT/IT audit activities, ensuring efficient and effective execution of audit requests.
Qualifications / Experience
• Strong project management experience with a proven ability to handle complex problems in a structured, analytical manner.
• CISA/CISSP certification preferred, with a deep understanding of technology and user experience.
• Open for candidates from IT Security/Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Audit background
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple large-scale collaboration activities.
• Effective presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with experience in conceptualizing and presenting creative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, inspire and motivate at all levels, and influence without authority.
• Experience managing employee engagement and change communications, with a growth mindset and a love for simplifying processes.
• Professional program/project management certification is an advantage, along with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate DGT/IT audit requests, developing comprehensive strategies for timelines, scope, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout audits.
• Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of audit requests based on risk assessment and business objectives.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, collaborating with DGT/IT departments to meet audit requirements.
• Monitor audit progress, ensuring timelines are adhered to and maintaining accurate records of audit activities.
• Resolve issues identified during audits in collaboration with DGT/IT teams, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Continuously enhance DGT/IT audit processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
