Key Responsibilities
• Data Analytics
• Analyze and implement strategies for data collection, extraction, pre-processing and visualization
• Collaborating with business, data and tech to initialize projects, develop product features, and improve data and output quality
• Design and develop data reporting dashboards, analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on data
• AI/ML research
• Support the research and development appropriate AI/ML use cases with models and algorithms for various projects
• Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning AI/ML models to improve performance and efficiency
• Present data insights through visualization eg. charts, graphs and dashboards to make them more understandable
• Document and communicate the technical details, progress, and results to team members and stakeholders
• Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/ Business Analytics / eCommerce / Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital, Data analytics, AI/ ML or project management roles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to define problems, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools: Tableau, QlikSense or PowerBI
• Proficient in structured query & programming language is a plus
• Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and retrieval augmented generation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with an inquisitive mindset
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
