Vice President, Data Scientist

Synopsis: Lead a team of data scientists to deliver AI and ML solutions to support the bank's strategic priorities, driving revenue impact and promoting a culture of innovation.
• Lead a team of data scientists to deliver AI and ML solutions to support the bank's strategic priorities, driving revenue impact and promoting a culture of innovation.
• Work with different data chapters and business stakeholders to drive revenue impact by implementing AI and ML solutions across various business units.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and ML roadmap for the bank, fostering synergy between different business products and units.
• * Increase transparency of AI and ML capabilities and promote a culture of innovation across different business units.
• Provide advisory on AI and ML applications to data users and business owners.
• 8+ years of work experience in machine learning, modeling, with at least 3 years at the managerial level.
• Strong business sense, ability to address business needs and identify business opportunities.
• Hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and modeling, with a track record of implementing AI and ML to drive business impact.
• Excellent understanding of the data science production life cycle, with demonstrable experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Excellent software skills (Python, SQL) and knowledge in design patterns and code optimization.
• Familiar with software development best practices and tools (Agile, TDD, Jira, Jenkins, Git).
• Good to have: banking business domain knowledge.
