All About The Role

Sitting within the GPO function, Product Sourcing is an organization managing the Sourcing, Project Management, Quality and Supply Chain for a broad scope of Sourced OEM Products including but not limited to Air and Water Care, Food Preparation, Food Preservation, Wine Appliances, Fabric Care, Dish Care, Floor Care and Small Domestics Appliances for the Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa, Europe, North America and Latin America regions.

Within the Product Sourcing structure there is an opportunity for the position of Business Controller in the PSO Controlling team. The candidate is responsible for financial planning and analysis on the OEM business and ad-hoc requests. The candidate should be supporting the Controlling team as required by the PSO Business Controller and Management team.

What You’ll Do

Acting as the business partner to the functional teams in the business area and group functions by providing innovative, quality services with a strong business focus

Perform comprehensive financial analysis, budget, forecast, variance analysis and profitability assessment on OEM business

Lead the annual budget and quarter submission process that is aligned to strategic plans and deliverables, aiming to improve OEM performance

Review accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentation for management and key stakeholders

Analyzing and interpreting data and producing meaningful reports and insights for decision-making

Monitor and track budget performance, analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations

Review and ensure accuracy on reporting and financial results on sourcing performance, trends, and key metrics

Driving process standardization and implementing improvements to reach efficiency and effectiveness targets in line with Finance and Controlling strategy

Assist other ad hoc tasks or projects to support the team and sourcing deliverables

Qualification:

University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar

Excellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel Power Query and PowerPoint), Power BI is a strong merit

+10 years of related experience, in controlling or sourcing department will be a plus

Strong analyzing skills and self-organized, high level of autonomy

Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment

Comfortable in complex human networks, capable of efficient influence over non-hierarchical fellow

Good level of communication, committed to on-time reporting

Excellent in English and Chinese
