Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join the highly successful People function of Greater China, while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips. You will be responsible for deployment of key people policies and processes, thereby executing the People and Organization Strategy in Businesses for Philips Hong Kong.
You are responsible for
• Implement and execute our people strategy with PBP, management and other stakeholders (CoE, PPS).
• Act as a sparring partner for PBPs and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.
• Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development with People interventions
• Manage / support local industrial / labor relations activities, if applicable.
• Drive standardization in the execution of People policies and processes.
• Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.
• Participate in People-projects on a cluster / market level
You are a part of
People Function. You will base in Hong Kong.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Minimally a bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational People Function matters within a business context
• Willing to travel (Shenzhen) in a certain frequency.
• Experience in operational implementation of the People Function strategy through day-today execution of People Function activities
• Experience in delivery of core People Function
• services through end-to-end framework
• Practice in making business decisions that align with organizational goals
• Experience in different business/functional areas
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
