Who Are We?
Established in 2020, Big Bang Academy is an education technology company reinventing how children of age 3-16 learn science and technology. With the vision to nurture passionate and self- directed learners, we work jointly with world-renowned universities and industry leaders to provide innovative and transformative learning experiences. Our programmes have successfully transformed over 25,000 students across Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and the US. We are ventured back by Alibaba Entrepreneur Funds and Gobi Partners, both are leading inventors in Asia.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue and expand market reach
• Recommend bespoke educational programs to meet the needs of parents and students
• Lead a proficient team of education consultants, offering guidance and support
• Analyse customer data and provide insightful reports to senior management.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
• Uphold the values of always delivering excellence, being customer obsessed, and being radically open-minded in all interactions and decisions
Requirements
• A visionary leader with a history of success in sales management and team leadership (4+ years experience)
• Passionate about education and dedicated to empowering young learners through transformative experiences
• A strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others
• Resilient, adaptable, and eager to tackle challenges in an innovative environment
• Availability to work on weekends
• Proficient in written and verbal Chinese & English
• Less experience candidates will be considered as Business Development Specialist
