Manager the Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) team and carry out Inside Sales responsibilities.
• Actively monitor and allocate team resources to achieve business objectives. High level KPIs include revenue, profit, inventory, free cash flow, delivery & A/R performance.
• Provide mentorship and training to uplift the team’s skills.
• Ensure service excellence by managing the team’s end to end sales process performance from customer RFQ to delivery.
• Analyze market demand to develop sales opportunities. Include but not limited to consolidating customer forecasts; obtain and follow up on customer feedback; formulate pricing, product and commercial strategy by customer; recommend stock replenishment, etc.
• Provide regular reporting and forecast to Management Team with business insight explaining the present and future trends.
• Facilitate Inside Sales related Quality Audit requirements, including conducting and produce report for customer survey; supporting internal or external audits.
• Strictly comply with company and departmental policies. Regularly review and update procedures with Management Team as required.
• Other business duties as required by Sales Director and Management Team.
Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) team responsibilities include:
• Accurately process customer transactions such as quotes, customer purchase orders, delivery, returns, etc.
• Perform Contract Review on all customer purchase orders, in accordance with HFS procedures.
• Coordinate & process large RFQ Spreadsheets for multiple HFS sites in coordination with Product Management.
• Manage Long Term Agreements, ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Develop & maintain strong relationship with customers.
• Handle daily customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Interface daily with Outside Sales team and various HFS Manufacturing locations and departments, i.e., Product Management, Shipping, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Credit, etc.
• Maintain and organize customerfiles as required.
• Work as liaison for the goods delivery, provide CSSR the shipping notification against customer confirmation.
• Help the accountant to check A/R and contact the customer for the payment status per credit team’s weekly report, follow up the past due invoices.
• Update the backlog in system with CSSR team, co‐ordinate with customer for any shipping schedule change.
• Track and follow up on open quotations to maximize sales.
• Coordinate new customer onboarding by facilitating the registration requirements at both the company and customer side.
• Experience in Team management, responsibility of sales and operational performance at an MNC.
• Inside Sales/Customer Service experience required, preferably with an aerospace distribution/manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial experience and acumens, include building business case, contract writing and management.
• Proficiency in, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Strong Problem solving & organizational skills.
• Handle heavy workload efficiently and set priorities as needed to get the job done.
