Introduction to the Business Development team:
Unlike most of the companies which may name their Sales under their Business Development team, POAD's BD team is NOT equivalent to Sales but highly focuses on MEDIA ACQUISITIONS and BUSINESS EXPANSIONS.
As the DRIVING FORCE of the Group, we are in charge of all Outdoor Media inventories under the brand, and is the most vital business unit of POAD.
Job Description:
By joining us, you will be playing an important role in our Business Development team, responsible in managing the extensive range of media assets under POAD's portfolio, such as outdoor billboards, outdoor LED screens, vehicle advertisements and many more. You will be liaising with property owners on regular business operational works, meeting with and giving business pitches to potential business partners, property developers and transportation operators. Not only will your personal network be continuously expanded, a wide spectrum of skillsets such as presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, business analytics, as well as effective communication skills will be utilized and enhanced. Working in small teams, guidance will be provided by seniors in the team to assist the development of your growth in the Outdoor Media industry.

To fit in this role, we are looking for candidates that possess/are:
- Excellent in written English in particular
- An entrepreneurial mindset with logical thinking
- Systematic, show close attention to details and with good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and being able to express yourself in a sensible and logical manner
- Good at and enjoy creating and developing business proposals for business pitches, presentations and/or tenders
- Passionate in developing your career in the Outdoor Media industry
- Eagerness to learn and improve
- Able to handle ad hoc tasks and to work under timeline
Job Requirements:
Career Level: Entry Level; Medium Level
Years of experience: 0 – 4 years; Experienced candidates may be considered for the role of Senior Business Development Executive
Job Type: Full-time employment
Educational qualification: Bachelor Degree
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and aural English, proficient in Cantonese & Mandarin
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc.
Others: Fresh graduates and IANG visa holders are also welcomed
