Our E-Commerce Management Trainee Program is a 2-year rotation designed to cultivate exceptional talent in Hong Kong. Our goal is to build well-rounded e-commerce leaders who can become the next leaders within both Linjer and our portfolio companies. We accept applications on a rolling basis.
This is a unique opportunity for analytical thinkers are excited to work in a high-growth company and have an outsized impact. With our backgrounds in management consulting and private equity, we bring rigor to everything that we do. Not only that, we’re on the cusp of blitz-scaling, which means a lot of opportunity for fast career growth. The sky is the limit!
You’ll find working at Linjer to be as mentally stimulating as management consulting, but you will get to actually see the impact of your work 😊. And you’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team with personal mentorship from Jenn and Roman.
Trainees will support our strategic objectives, including:
• Achieving and maintaining a high NPS score (a measure of customer satisfaction)
• Optimizing cash flow as we double the business every year
• Launching innovative new jewelry products for our customers
• Maximizing profitability of our paid marketing and CRM channels through intelligent strategy and considered execution
• Finding opportunities to cut costs and executing on them
Rotation areas (personalized according to each candidate as well as company needs):
• Operations
• Merchandising
• Customer experience
• Production planning
• Paid marketing
• Webshop management
• CRM (email/Whatsapp/SMS)
• Finance
Who You Are
• A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experience
• You have strong analytical skills (we prefer people who have studied engineering, economics, finance or a related field)
• Fluent English speaker
• You are a self-starter and take initiative
• You are coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
• You are thorough and detail-oriented
• You are tech literate and can learn new software with ease
• You work well with others
