We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to enhance our e-commerce operations and facilitate efficient product movement from our factory to customers and back. This is a full-time position based in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities
• Oversee smooth daily operations and optimize inbound logistics, order fulfillment, purchase order placement, and returns handling.
• Manage customer service priorities and staffing in collaboration with Customer Service Leads.
• Act as the main point of contact with our 3PL, ensuring they meet our operational needs.
• Monitor carrier service performance and optimize service level and cost.
• Support billing reconciliation for 3PL/shipping costs.
• Manage content translation into various languages with external translators or team members.

Qualifications
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to follow processes effectively.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or operations is not required.

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
