• *Data Chapter - Risk Management**

• *Responsibilities**
• Perform business analysis, digital transformation, and project management for the Risk Management Group.
• Use data and insights to transform and improve end-to-end banking services.
• Drive cross-division Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and FinTech innovation initiatives.
• Manage data ingestion projects by cooperating with the tech team and other business units to build a firm-wide Machine Learning platform.
• Reskill and upskill non-technical staff and explain innovation ideas to various audiences.
• *Requirements**
• An excellent understanding of the current digital landscape, from customer experience to journey management and design, within the Financial Services industry.
• At least 8 years of experience in Technology and hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects.
• A level of programming skills and understanding of predictions, code-free builders, visualization, graphs, Machine Learning, and Model applications.
• A solid understanding of agile principles and comfort working with cross-functional teams from developers to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and visualization skills in explaining complex concepts.
• A customer-centric attitude with a strong track record of problem-solving.
• A team player with flexibility to cope with fast-changing requirements and the fintech atmosphere.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associates.
