Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at China Investment Information Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising systems, identifying and reporting issues, and maintaining configurations of all systems within our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise systems and identify, log, and report issues to seniors
• Maintain configurations of all systems within data centers
• Perform precautionary system maintenance to ensure systems and network are functioning well
• Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient work processes
• Maximize uptime to provide quality services
• Conduct evaluations to identify and address ineffective power and cooling systems
• Deploy data and system security measures to mitigate risks of downtime
• Coordinate with clients to offer support services for data and systems
• Research trends in data centers to improve operations
• Maintain data, transactions, and reports from systems, support administrators and end users, and perform user administration tasks

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Experience with virtualization and system monitoring systems
• 2 years basic knowledge of network equipment/Linux Servers/Windows Servers; Certification in CCNA advantageous
• Working day based on duty roster
• Willing to learn and good sense of responsibility
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
