1.IT Support/ Helpdesk Support (Multiple headcounts)
Responsibilities
Handle incoming service requests, incidents and problems via different communication channels such as phone, email and instant massager
Provide first level support and remote troubleshooting for end users
Record calls into the call logging system
Follow up the calls’ status and coordinate with deskside engineers and service vendor to solve the case
Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
1 year of service desk / IT support experience
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
Immediately available is preferred
Candidate who is fresh graduate or less experience would be considered
2.Data Center Operator (Multiple headcounts)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily Data Centre operational support, including system health check, batch job processing, report printing and backup tape handling
Need to work on shift duty for the routine operations and administration of our clients’ network and systems hosted in Data Centre
Perform 1st level of trouble shooting and reliable and quality backup management
Perform Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines
2 year or above relevant working experience
Basic knowledge on IT and desktop computer;
Able to work on-site, 7x24 shift and overnight shift
Fresh graduate or less experience would be considered
Immediately available is preferred
3.LAN Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Provision of technical support to internal users and related services.
• Responsible for daily operation on all aspects of support, maintenance issues and LAN rooms environment.
• Perform administration and support task on network security on LAN infrastructure.
• System administration and support in Microsoft Windows, Linux systems, and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Handle incident and need to work on call basis.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar credential.
• 1+ years working experience in similar role.
• Holder of MSCE and/or CCNA is an advantage.
• Backup software experience e.g. Veritas Backup Exec.
• Ms Exchange support experience.
• Network troubleshoot skills for Netscreen/Fortigate firewall and H3C switches / Core switches.
• Knowledgeable in UNIX/Windows system administration & hardware integration
• Strong technical knowledge in PC LAN.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
4.System Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
To provide support and management for all system and network infrastructure components. This includes UNIX system administration, hardware setup and configuration, performance monitoring and capacity planning.
To provide software support to end-users thru problem identification and resolution, escalation of problem to senior management and the system vendors, also to conduct software upgrades and implementations.
To support the telecommunications network for current and future requirements so that a reliable service is provided to our clients to meet the required performance levels.
To evaluate and recommend new technology items those are applicable to the company, and incorporate as appropriate in the technology forward plan.
To provide 7x24 2nd levels support to our facility services providers on related technical matters.
Requirements:
Degree in computer Engineering, information Technology, computer science, or similar credential, preferred with IT security related certificates, such as CISSP, CISA.
5+ years solid experience of UNIX and SAN infrastructure administration and experience on performance monitoring and tuning.
Preferably with hands-on experience on system and network security – firewall, intrusion detection system, and data encryption products.
Knowledge in Web and internet technologies, and experience in web application development and programming are added advantages.
Project management experience can be bonus.
Stable, proactive, good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skill, able to work independently and under pressure.
