iclub Hotels are currently seeking ambitious and passionate hospitality management professionals to join our team. If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to submit your application:
• Assist to oversee the Front Office operation
• Responsible for daily operations in front office
• Handle guests’ enquiries or complaints
• Lead and supervise Front Office team to perform and maintain good service to guests
Job Requirements
• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in Hotel Front Office including 2 years' in supervisory level
• Good customer service and problem solving skills
• Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Opera is preferable
• Can work in Front Office independently
