ESG Analyst (Location: HK/SG)

Responsibilities
• Provide support and work closely with the stakeholders for the delivery of ESG disclosures, ensure compliance with all EU ESG/sustainability related legislation (in particular CSRD Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and related legislation) ;
• Work with internal departments to complete and improve the Group’s Sustainability Report, ensuring compatibility and consistency with EU disclosures;
• Assist to form company’s strategic vision and goals and create “win-win” initiatives for both ESG goals and company objectives;
• Maintain and develop relationship with key relevant stakeholders from across the value chain, attend and take active role in key sustainability /ESG events;
• Contribute to developing and executing ESG engagement initiatives across the business, including but not limited to ESG policies, reports, disclosures, ratings, training, etc.;
• Keep abreast of updates on latest regulations, policy, technology, ESG market development and industry trends;
• Perform ad hoc duties and business travel as assigned by company.

Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years’ related experience in an ESG/sustainability role within an aviation or financial services or advisory services provider; experience in aircraft leasing and solid exposure in EU ESG’s disclosure standards is highly desirable;
• Solid knowledge of the global policy framework pertaining to ESG/ sustainability reporting & disclosure requirements, with strong business acumen;
• Effective project management and a good team player;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving ability;
• Excellent command of English. Chinese would be a plus;
• Advanced computer skills including research, excel and powerpoint.
