To establish new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with corporate and financial sponsor clients in delivering Global Market products with a focus on the onshore market.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and deliver solutions to clients to achieve target revenues in line with the business plan.
• Establish and manage client relationships.
• upport senior sales in market research, client presentations, indicative term sheets, risk approval materials, documentation review and client onboarding.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders in preparation of the above-mentioned materials and in monitoring market related events.
• Support in trade origination, negotiation, execution, booking, reporting, and monitoring.
• Assist in pipeline management, financials analytics, MIS and ad hot projects and presentations.
• Support in concentration analysis, scenario analysis and capital/RWA optimisation.
• Be a valued member of the team in supporting other senior and junior sales, sharing information, ideas and resources.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years and ideally 3-5 years of relevant client & sales management experience in a similar organisation.
• Good understanding of market trends and products particularly in FX/rates spot and derivative products
• Previous experience in servicing SOE, POE, MNC and financial sponsor clients
• Motivated team player and collaborator, with proven ability to operate within a complex multi-disciplinary businesses
• Attention to details with strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to drive product innovation and provide client solutions
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills and excellent presentation capabilities
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge in Spanish will be an advantage
