Skills
• 2+ years of IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
• Experience with Sophos or similar endpoint threat management solutions
• Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience in an MSP environment

Responsibilities
• Provide IT support services to users
• Manage support queries using a ticketing system
• Maintain documentation and adhere to organizational rules and guidelines
• Follow strict change control procedures

Qualifications
• Financial industry experience is a plus
• Significant experience in an MSP environment, particularly with ConnectWise products
• Exposure to Azure or AWS workloads
• Experience supporting Citrix XenApp or similar products
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Carbon Black, Cylance, Crowdstrike)
