About the Role:
Monitor and maintain server, network and system infrastructure’s performance.
Daily fault case handling, incident support and troubleshooting.
Conduct operating system (Linux), security patch and software upgrade.
Teamworking as well as ability to work independently and under pressure.
Shift duty and on-call support require
About You:
High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
4 years or more working experiences in system/server support
Knowledge of Internet services and applications
Hands-on experience in DNS, DHCP, SAN, SMTP/POP3/IMAP administrations
Proficiency in administrating operating systems, virtualization, storage and backups
Proficiency in Linux server and firewall administrations
Experiences on scripting or programming languages is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
