AWS Cloud Architect - Leading Insurance Firm

Join our team at a market-leading insurance firm as an AWS Cloud Architect! We are looking for someone with a strong background in cloud architecture, data management, and Python. In this role, you will design and implement innovative cloud solutions on AWS to enhance our data processing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Design Cloud Solutions: Create effective cloud architectures using AWS services tailored for the insurance industry.
• Build Data Pipelines: Use Python to develop and optimize data pipelines for accurate and efficient data handling.
• Automate Deployments: Implement automated processes to manage and deploy cloud resources seamlessly.
• Ensure Security: Maintain the security and compliance of our cloud solutions, safeguarding sensitive data.
• Monitor Performance: Track and enhance the performance of our applications running on AWS to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders on various projects.
• Document Processes: Maintain clear documentation of architecture designs, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in AWS cloud architecture, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation tasks.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) relevant to data management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
