Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and research questions
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and product usability
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing data models and propose enhancements to improve accuracy and reliability
Research industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in data analytics
Prepare and present detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support agile development processes by delivering data insights during sprint planning and review meetings
Maintain a repository of research methodologies, data sources, and analytical approaches for future reference
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or STEM related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the Information Technology field
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
