Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and oversee the IT service delivery
Responsible for team building and management and identify the talent
Lead delivery team to cooperate with pre-sales & sales team to develop strong customer relationships and networks effectively to ensure service excellence, and to achieve KPI of business
Key point of contact for senior stakeholders within Service Delivery to ensure a holistic overview of performance is delivered
Pro-active management of pipelines to identify potential risks of delivery and ensuring bottlenecks are minimised
Make business plan for key clients, provide solutions and refine services
Promote continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Degree holder in IT, Computer Science and Management, Computer Science or related disciplines, with 5+ years of related work experience
Experience of technical project delivery management in the financial industry
Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing service model, and good at problem-solving during projecta and service delivery
Experienced with business strategy planning and team management
Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
Proficient in Cantonese and English communication
