We are looking for an Assistant Banquet Operations Manager based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As an Assistant Banquet Operations Manager, we rely on you to:

Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections

Ensure consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections

Constantly obtain guests' feedback to ensure their satisfaction in dining experience

Proper and tactful handling of guest complaints

Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions

Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required

Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned

Supervise the team and assist in departmental training

We are looking for someone who has:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Banquet Operations at prestigious Hotels or organizations

Sound knowledge in food and beverages and strong sense of market trends

Customer oriented, self-motivated, detail minded, responsible and accountable

Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
